UWIDEF Bursary
Open to both regional students and nationals of Trinidad and Tobago enrolled in any faculty. Students must have successfully completed Year 1 of study. In the faculty of medical sciences students who have passed the Phase 1 Examinations are also eligible.
Twenty percent (20%) of the awards are allocated to regional students. Awards will be based on financial need and academic merit. Recipients must maintain a ‘B’ average (3.0 GPA) in the year under review.

UWIDEF Star Bursary
Open to students in any faculty who are nationals of Trinidad and Tobago and contributing regional countries. Students must successfully complete Year 1 of study. In the Faculty of Medical Sciences students who have passed Phase 1 Examinations are also eligible. Up to twenty percent (20%) of the scholarships may be awarded to regional students. Awards will be based on excellent academic performance (‘A’ – 4.0 GPA) and certified co-curricular activity.

UWIDEF Sports Scholarship
Open to all full time national and regional students registered in any faculty at the St. Augustine Campus who are actively involved in sporting activities. Awardees must have earned and maintained a 3.0 GPA (B average). First Year students will be assessed on performance in the CAPE or other tertiary examinations.
